The Present Continuous Tense is used to describe actions that are happening right now or are continuing actions around the present time.

Positive: Subject + is/am/are + verb + ing + object
Negative: Subject + is/am/are + not + verb + ing + object
Interrogative: Is/Am/Are + Subject + verb + ing + object?
Example (Positive): She is eating dinner.
Example (Negative): They are not playing football.
Example (Question): Are you studying now?
Example (Negative): They are not playing football.
